In 2024, we are all bombarded by an endless stream of notifications, emails, and social media updates that fracture our attention and make it hard to feel mentally calm. The numbers speak volumes - stress, burnout and concentration issues are at all time highs. To cope, we find ourselves reaching for quick fixes as ways to adapt - coffees to focus, booze to relax - short-term crutches that only deepen the cycle. The result? Stress and a nagging feeling that we're not living up to our potential in work, relationships, and life.

2023

In 2023, Christian hit his breaking point. Exhausted and burnt out. A s*** work-life balance. He was turning to caffeine and quick fixes to help push through. But over time, he was more stressed, fatigued and unable to stay focused.

With Mike's background as a neuroscientist, we began to explore the science-backed benefits of functional mushrooms and how natural compounds can support the mind and body. The more research we read and the more we tested, it became clear that mushrooms & adaptogens offer a genuine solution to help people feel good and improve their performance, without relying on unsustainable quick-fixes.

Forgetting my supplements one morning, I was searching the supermarket for an alternative to help me adapt and that’s when I realised, there are no convenient, all natural products that genuinely support our mental performance and wellness; on the move, at home, anytime.
